I put the new brass compressor plates on the port door over the holidays.  I must admit the work dedication I exhibited last winter has evaporated.  I need to get up to the boat to rebuild the seacocks – that was my big deal for the winter.  I expected to retire in Februsary and have sufficient time to do this job.  Then there is the VC17 and that takes one weekend.  Maybe I get some inspiration for Inspiration however the wife is making noises of house work so I will probably be on my own for the boat work this year.

Right now in mid January it is 55 degrees F and there are thundersorms everywhere.
